Former Paralympian, trauma specialist & author. Everyday is the perfect time to start again and change those aspects of self that will lead you to unlocking your full potential & allow you to stand in that authentic powerful space of you. As a trauma specialist I work with people who have been stuck in loops of emotional distress and cannot see a way forwards. Fulfillment comes from helping others free themselves from limiting beliefs and states of being so they can achieve the balance in life they deserve. As a speaker, I love sharing stories and knowledge that allow others to view life from different angles. Life for me is not about finding a purpose, it is about living everyday with an inquisitive mind and an open heart, allowing myself to be non judgemental and help those in need. I love learning in any form and find joy in listening to new people with different life experiences... everyone has a story. My favourite saying is "whatever you think, you're not wrong", meaning that all words you say to yourself on the inside will create that outcome in your life so stand guard and be kind to you because all change in the world starts with the individual first.
